Senshoku-do Seminar

Senshoku-do and lecture at Atelier in Kyoto for the students of Tokyo University of Science
September 5, 2009

32 students and professors of Graduate school of Management of Science & Technology, Tokyo University of Science experienced Senshoku-do as an extracurricular class of “Traditional Culture Industry Study” in the atelier in Kyoto. They dyed five finger silk socks with some natural dyes such as madder root and green leaves of indigo which Izukura challenged the cultivation of the indigo plant in a home garden from this spring..
